Manhattan Chelsea Condo Investment Review! - Lantern House
Manhattan Chelsea Condo Investment Review! - Lantern House
Our client wanted to buy a two-bedroom condo as an investment within Manhattan. The Koriny team, through various searches, targeted several high-value areas within the city. After comparing areas and listings, the client chose the Chelsea area, known for being a culturally dense yet stable and quiet residential area.

Chelsea is known as a cultural hub with a concentration of artists, upscale restaurants and bars alongside newly built condos following the High Line and well-preserved townhouses with a rich history.

Landmarks such as the High Line, Chelsea Market, and the Whitney Art Museum are located here, and it is closely connected to Hudson Yards, making it possible to walk to landmarks such as The Vessel, Little Island, and Hudson River Park.

Being in a prime location, the client’s future tenants would have access to a total of nine subway lines, making transportation convenient. It's also a good area for commuting to Parsons Design School in 13 minutes by subway, and the Fashion Institute of Technology and New York University in 15 minutes by subway.

After purchasing the condo, Koriny's leasing management team found tenants within a week who moved in immediately. Our client rented to a young couple working at Google.
